1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging PCM Tech Group ("Company", "we", "us") for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

PCM Tech Group provides IT hardware support, business website development, and process automation services for small and medium businesses. The scope of each engagement is defined in a separate service agreement or quote provided to the client prior to work beginning.

3. Payment Terms

• One-time projects require a 50% deposit before work begins; the remaining balance is due upon delivery.
• Monthly services are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to systems, credentials, and information necessary to complete the work.
• Maintain backups of all data prior to any IT or automation work.
• Notify PCM Tech Group of any changes that may affect ongoing services.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables created specifically for them (websites, automation scripts, reports). PCM Tech Group retains the right to use general methodologies, tools, and frameworks developed independently of the client engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

PCM Tech Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days' written notice. Clients are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
